SmarTally® Report Viewer was designed to encompass all of our software products and bring all of their reports together into one location. With SmarTally® Report Viewer, each SmarTally® application’s reports are available at your fingertips with advanced reporting filters and automated reporting capabilities like auto-printing, auto-exporting, and auto-emailing.
COMPLETE SMARTALLY® INTEGRATION
SmarTally® Report Viewer brings the reporting for all SmarTally® products together into one location. The application can be installed on a production machine or on a remote machine on the network where custom lists of reports can be made available on a user-by-user basis.
ADVANCED FILTERING
Any field that appears on a report can be used as a filter simply by checking the box next to it. Filters that have been applied to a report can be saved and called up at a later date.
DATE RANGE FILTERING
With the incorporation of SmarTally® Shift Scheduler, you can get reports generated accurately on a shift-by-shift basis. With this functionality comes the ability to filter by date ranges such as:
- Day
- Week
- Month
- Calendar Year
- Fiscal Year
- Customizable date range
SmarTally® Shift Scheduler also includes shift and crew designations. If you need to generate a report based on an entire month but only for Day Shift, you can do that with SmarTally® Report Viewer.
AUTOMATED REPORTING
SmarTally® Report Viewers most advanced feature comes in the form of automated reporting. With this feature, the user is able to set up any report to be automatically printed, exported as a PDF, or emailed on shift end. Any filters or custom reports that the user has created can also be set up for automated reporting simply by checking the name of the recipient for the desired report.
