SmarTally® Key Performance Indicator Software
SmarTally® Key Performance Indicator (KPI), is an application for tracking and reporting on key performance indicators in your plant or organization. It collects data from your PLC system and stores it to a database for analysis. With advanced features and flexible reporting, SmarTally® KPI is the right choice for your data analysis needs.
SmarTally® KPI is ideal for trending data or storing specific data points over time. Simply enter the name of a PLC tag and SmarTally® KPI will begin storing it to the database. Then, use our included reports to analyze the data or build your own reports
Allen-Bradley and Modicon Modbus Support:
SmarTally® KPI ties into Allen-Bradley and Modicon Modbus PLC’s with ease. In most cases you only need to enter the IP address and slot number of the PLC. If a ControlLogix Gateway is used you would enter the CIP path. For Modicon devices you enter the IP Address and Port number.
Customizable Data Types:
All of the data that SmarTally® KPI tracks is associated with a Data Type that you set up. This includes data like Uptime, Downtime, Production Information, Fault Conditions, or anything else you want to create. Data is organized on the report by data type, so all of your data is kept together in a meaningful way.
Reporting:
SmarTally® KPI’s reporting capabilities are extremely flexible. View reports spanning a shift, crew, day, week, month, or year at the click of a button. Filter data by site, machine center, or KPI data type to give you a customized report to analyze. Or, design your own reports and drop them into SmarTally® KPI’s advanced reporting engine using Crystal Reports® software.
